We have officially partnered with Armored heat to provide a fully customized arm care program that will be implemented by our performance trainer Colby Maun. Armored Heat founders Ryan Yoshida (Former physical therapist for the Los Angeles Dodgers) and Ben Holmes-Wetzler (former pitcher for Cubs, Marlins & Dodgers organization) have put together an incredible design which gives player a multitude of pathways to improve their overall arm care programming / routine month to month. This will greatly improve the efficiency at which we can offer quality arm care routines for our players, at an affordable monthly cost. $45 / month
Why Armored Heat?

There were 3 main holes in Arm Care that Armored Heat improves:
1) Stop Doing The Same Program Day after Day, Week after Week, Month after Month
2) Incorporate better Scapular Specific Strengthening Principles
3) Design Programs that correlated with the Throwing Workload for that Specific Day

– Pre Throw Activation (Prior to Throwing)

The programs are laid out in 2 week blocks so athletes don’t hit the normal Arm Care Plateaus and also don’t get bored by simply going through the motions. Armored Heat is designed to fit in perfectly and complement your current Strength/Conditioning and Pitching Philosophies.
Pease Baseball Professionals plans to implement this program for our players on a monthly basis, and to have someone like Colby Maun to begin implementing the design of this program; customized to the player to better arm health, strength, recovery, and maintenance. Our goal is to improve the arm care one player at a time and demonstrate that commitment for years to come! Our partnership with Armored Heat, in addition to our evaluation / assessment process for each of our players really helps us get the correct exercises specific to the player in their program. We are fortunate to have a performance trainer who can enhances what Armored Heat offers, and get each player custom arm care based on their evaluations / movement screening with us.
** This is a non throwing program. Think ‘workout’ for throwing arm and aforementioned muscle groups to improve strength, stability, and mobility to maintain and build foundation of throwing arm.**
Our arm care programming is a monthly cost for our players, and is setup as pay as you go.
