Pitching development is individual.
There is no universal delivery, mechanical model, or development timeline. We evaluate the athlete in front of us, identify what matters, and build from there.
Command & Execution
Command begins with intention.
Pitchers learn to connect intent, intensity, and execution—progressively increasing what they can demand from their body while maintaining control of the baseball.
The objective isn’t perfect mechanics. It’s execution.
Delivery & Arsenal
Every pitcher moves differently. We develop efficient movement and arm action around the individual rather than forcing athletes into a predetermined model.
As players advance, development expands into velocity, pitch design, grips, sequencing, pickoff moves, and competition strategy.
Arm Health & Durability
Pitchers learn how to prepare, throw, recover, manage workload, and understand the difference between normal soreness, fatigue, and injury.
The goal is to build an arm capable of handling the demands of pitching.
TrackMan
TrackMan is included with pitching lessons when cage availability allows.
We use data when it answers a useful question. Technology supports coaching—it doesn’t replace it.
Build an Independent Pitcher
Ultimately, the player has to take the baseball without us.
We want pitchers who understand their delivery, preparation, adjustments, and competitive identity well enough to solve problems on their own.
The pitcher owns the career. We help him build it.

Former professional pitcher, drafted in the 4th round by the Chicago Cubs out of Coastal Carolina University. He most recently served as Pitching and Development Coach in the Baltimore Orioles organization (2022), leading pitch design and player planning using advanced data including Trackman and Edgertronic at AA Bowie and High A Aberdeen. Evan Englebrook

Former professional pitcher selected in the 8th round of the MLB Draft by the Houston Astros in 2004. Pitched professionally for 11 seasons. First Team All-American honors at Shippensburg University. Actively serving as assistant coach for NCAA II Shippensburg University. Mechanicsburg, PA native.

Scott Thomson spent 23 years as Head Coach at Mount St. Mary’s University (NCAA Division I) and earned Northeast Conference Coach of the Year in 2007.
