Private instruction at Pease Baseball Professionals gives players the opportunity to work directly with experienced coaches in a focused training environment.
Every player arrives with different needs, goals and experience. Our instructors meet players where they are and help them understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and how to continue improving beyond the lesson.

Pitching Development
Build a more complete pitcher through intentional work.
Our pitching instruction focuses on delivery, command, pitch development, arm care and the individual process required to compete on the mound. Training is adapted to the pitcher’s age, experience and current needs.
Hitting Development
Develop a swing that works when the game gets difficult.
Hitters work through movement, approach, timing and adjustability—not simply repetitive swings. Each lesson is designed to help the player better understand their swing and become a more capable, independent hitter.
Catching Development
Train the most demanding position on the field.
Catching instruction addresses receiving, blocking, throwing, mobility, leadership and game management. Players learn the physical skills of the position while developing the awareness and confidence required behind the plate.
Fielding Development
Better movement. Better decisions. More dependable defense.
Fielding instruction develops footwork, glove work, throwing mechanics and position-specific movement. Training is built around creating efficient defenders who can execute consistently at game speed.
Youth Instruction
A strong foundation changes everything.
Our youth instruction introduces developing players to the movements, skills and habits that support long-term growth. Sessions are age-appropriate, engaging and focused on helping young players learn the game correctly from the beginning.
