By completing this membership agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the membership terms outlined below. Please ensure you select the correct number of family members when completing the form at the bottom of this page.

Upon submission of the form, you will be directed to complete the payment portion of the agreement. This step will process the first month’s payment and establish automatic recurring payments scheduled for the 25th of each month. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the transaction is completed. If the confirmation email is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Members who have elected the paid-in-full annual option may disregard the payment setup prompt.

High School Seniors

Memberships for graduating high school seniors run through June 1 of the student’s graduation year and do not require a full 12-month commitment. For example, a senior joining in August will have an active membership from August through June 1 of the following year.

1. Payments are made via autodraft subscription unless paid in full at contract signing.
2. During the 12 months of contract, members will have access to items outlined below.
3. Members must abide by rules and conditions of the facility.

Facility Usage and Rental Policies

1. During operational hours, the members area and instructional areas are not rented to non-member groups. PBP is a members-only player development facility.
   • Summer-only and winter-break-only memberships are limited to graduated high school seniors and our collegiate athletes.
2. The No Access Area consists of two 70’ cages with pitching mounds and is reserved for private instruction (PBP staff) and PBP programs. When not in use by instructors, these areas may be available to members.
3. Any new programs, tools, or technology added to the facility during a contract year will be accessible to members at discounted programming rates.
4. The flex lane may be shared with strength and conditioning staff. Scheduling may vary, and communication is encouraged. There is ample availability throughout the facility during daily operating hours.
   • Non-members may participate in strength, speed, arm care, or performance programs led by strength and conditioning staff and may use the strength area and flex lane under our supervision.
5. Guest passes are permitted.
   • Cost is $25 per visit
   • Guests must attend with a current member
   • Payment may be made via Zelle (4436044847), Venmo (pbprofs), PayPal, or cash/check placed in the facility drop box
6. Pitchers may bring a non-member catcher for bullpen sessions only. Catchers may not use the facility beyond catching unless a guest pass is purchased.
7. Players aged 13 and older may use the facility without supervision during operational hours.
   • The facility may be empty at times, particularly on weekends
   • Players under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult unless an adult is already present
8. PBP reserves the right to rent the facility to teams during non-operational hours.

Facility Culture and Expectations

PBP is built on culture, efficiency, and shared respect for the space. Members are expected to work together, share areas appropriately, and communicate when multiple athletes are training at the same time.

Our goal is to ensure every visit is productive, regardless of time or crowd level. Members will be introduced to multiple training options so they can stay active while waiting for space.

Members have access to the facility 7 days a week, 365 days a year during operational hours. Players may train daily and are not limited in visit duration.

In 4 years of operation, we have not experienced members waiting in excess to use space. This is by design.

Equipment and Training Guidelines

• Players must wear helmets at all times when hitting inside of our batting cages
• Autonomous pitching machines operate on a rotation system of ten swings per hitter when others are waiting
• If no line exists, usage may continue until another player arrives
• Parents may assist with catching, throwing batting practice, or feeding machines if needed
• Parents may assist if no other member is available to train with, though peer training is encouraged
• Trackman sessions will be scheduled periodically throughout the year
• Water is provided by Pease Baseball
• Members are not required to schedule lessons during their contract
• Lessons are optional and offered at a 21% discounted member rate, subject to availability
• Weight room access is included during operational hours and must be shared appropriately when performance training is in session by Pease Baseball strength training staff.
• Mobile Hack Attack machines may be used when space and setup allow

Terms and Conditions

Contract Length and Cancellation Policy

• Membership contract is 12 month period.
• Early cancellation results in:
  1. A $300 cancellation fee (same for individual or family plans)
  2. Ineligibility to rejoin for 12 months following cancellation
• After 12 months, former members may reapply and added to waitlist.
• Memberships may be frozen with documented medical injury
• Memberships may be canceled without penalty if the family relocates more than 50 miles from Pease Baseball
