Facility Culture & Member Use

Pease Baseball Professionals operates as a private, members-only training facility. During operational hours, the facility and cages are reserved exclusively for active members. We do not rent space to non-members or outside teams.

Our training environment follows an open-gym model built on trust, efficiency, and shared purpose. Members are free to train independently or collaborate with others when appropriate, while working together to maximize space, flow, and productivity throughout the facility.

To preserve the quality of the training experience, we intentionally cap our membership each year. This allows the facility to operate efficiently, minimizes congestion, and ensures members can rely on consistent access to training space when they arrive.

We take pride in providing a dependable home for player development. Members have the freedom to train on their own schedule, for as long as they choose, within a structured environment that values respect, accountability, and community.
