Pitching Instruction Built on Proven Development

At Pease Baseball Professionals, our pitching instruction is not theoretical. It is built on years of daily work with players who have moved on to collegiate programs, professional organizations, and high-level competitive environments. Everything we teach has been stress-tested through real development, real results, and real careers.

Our program reflects how we coach every day. Detail-oriented. Individualized. Relentlessly focused on helping pitchers move better, throw with intent, and sustain their arm over the long term.

Our Focus Areas

Each lesson begins with a thorough mechanical assessment and progresses into building an efficient arm action and fluid delivery. We prioritize pitch command, velocity development, pick-off moves, conditioning, and overall pitching IQ. Arm health is never an afterthought. It is a constant consideration woven into every rep, drill, and progression.

Injury Awareness and Long-Term Arm Care

We teach pitchers how to understand their bodies. Learning the difference between normal soreness, accumulated fatigue, and true injury is critical for longevity. Our goal is not just to help players throw harder today, but to keep them healthy and progressing season after season.

Personalized Training With Intent

No two pitchers are trained the same. Each session is tailored to the individual athlete’s goals, level, and development stage. Whether a player is refining mechanics, building velocity, or preparing for competition, there is a clear plan and a clear expectation of commitment to improvement.

TrackMan Integration

TrackMan technology is included within the cost of lessons and used when cage availability allows. Data is applied with purpose, not just collected. We use it to support feel with feedback and to reinforce development, not overwhelm it.

Coaching, Connection, and Culture

Our staff builds real relationships with players. We believe development happens fastest in an environment built on trust, accountability, and honest communication. Our coaches serve as mentors and leaders, setting standards both on and off the field.

Beyond the Mound

We care about more than mechanics and metrics. Character, work ethic, and personal growth matter here. The same habits that make great pitchers also shape disciplined, resilient young men. Player development at PBP is about building arms, competitors, and people.

“Our pitchers have advanced into collegiate programs and professional organizations, carrying the same foundations, experience, and knowledge we teach daily inside our facility.”
