I (Dustin Pease) began giving lessons in Frederick back in 2011—starting in local parks, then rented cages, and eventually building our own facilities. Today, Pease Baseball Professionals is powered by a staff of former professional & high level collegiate players and coaches who share the same mission: develop serious ballplayers at an elite pedigree.

Our private lessons focus on PITCHING, HITTING, CATCHING, and FIELDING. Every coach here teaches from real high level playing experience and a relationship-driven approach. We take pride in developing players who love the work, embrace daily practice, and want to compete.

About Rates & Membership:
Our lesson rates stay the same year-round, and we do not offer discount lesson packages. However, most players get far more value by becoming PBP members. Membership provides daily facility access—so instead of relying on a once-a-week lesson, players can train consistently in an environment surrounded by pro coaches and motivated athletes. The more a player invests in their own practice, the faster they improve.
