I (Dustin Pease) started giving lessons here in Frederick back in 2011. From meeting 1-on-1 at local parks, to renting the nearest indoor cages, to building our own facilities—and now being backed by an extensive All-Pro staff, the journey of Pease Baseball Professionals is still just in the beginning phase.

Our private lessons are built around teaching elite-level skill sets within the game. Every coach on our staff brings significant high-level playing and coaching experience. Drawing on that experience creates a greater impact for our students, and our intense focus on building strong relationships helps us develop players at the highest level.

We’re fortunate to be surrounded and supported by a passionate baseball community here in the Mid-Atlantic region, and we look forward to continuing to provide the best instruction possible, always delivered at the highest level.

We offer private lessons for PITCHING, HITTING, CATCHING, & FIELDING. Our STAFF accommodates these skill sets at your request and I encourage you to review our staff to see where each rank in terms of speciality’s.

Our rates for our instruction time is constant year round. We do not offer packages or discounts on our instruction time, unless you activate MEMBERSHIP with us. Our membership model and pricing came together by our long standing lesson rates. We encouraged more of our trainees to scale back lessons from once a week, to twice or once a month to take advantage of daily facility access where they could practice in an environment surrounded by pro coaches and other like minded players. All of these notions drive the value of our membership and emphasize daily commitment to practice. Our entire staff is in agreement, the amount of time a player invests in his own practice by far outweighs just seeing us for weekly lessons, and no one can beat the culture of players & coaches that we have built at Pease Baseball Professionals.
