February 16 Foundations of Hitting & Pitching
A focused, high impact training day built to sharpen fundamentals, accelerate development, and give players clear takeaways they can immediately apply.
This event is broken into targeted sessions by age and skill focus. Athletes may attend a single session or combine pitching and hitting for added value.
Session 1
Pitching Fundamentals and Defensive Responsibility
Time: 9:00–10:30 AM
Ages: 8–12U
Cost: $125

Training focus:

Proper pitching mechanics and movement efficiency

Fastball and basic grip foundations

Arm care and throwing intent

Fielding your position, pickoffs, and pitcher defensive awareness
This session builds clean movement patterns early and reinforces habits that protect the arm while improving performance.
Session 2
Foundations of Hitting and the Mental Side of the Plate
Time: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
Ages: 8–12U
Cost: $125

Athletic stance, load, and swing sequencing

Contact quality and bat path fundamentals

Approach, confidence, and competing at the plate

Understanding failure and building a hitter’s mindset
Designed to give young hitters clarity, confidence, and a repeatable foundation.
Session 3
Foundations of Hitting and the Mental Side of the Plate
Time: 12:00–1:30 PM
Ages: 13–17U
Cost: $125
Training focus:

Efficient swing mechanics and adjustability

Timing, rhythm, and approach versus different pitching looks

Mental routines, preparation, and in game decision making

Developing confidence and consistency as competition increases
This session is tailored for older athletes preparing for higher level competition.
Multi Session Discount
Athletes ages 8–12U who attend both the pitching session and the hitting session receive $15 off total registration.

This is a training intensive, not a camp. Expect instruction, reps, feedback, and measurable development in a focused environment.
