2023 private instruction rates will remain as is at PPB $130 / 60 minutes and $65 / 30 minutes.

January and February private instruction will undergo standard Winter scheduling in 2023. Within this 8 week period, you are committing to 8 consecutive weeks, or a bi weekly schedule. This roughly equates to 8 one-hour sessions or 4 one-hour sessions. To clarify all sessions within this time frame are 1 hour sessions.

Sessions will be paid for, in full, at the first scheduled session of January. As an example if you are committing to meet weekly, $520 would be due at your first session of the month in January (4 sessions in January), then $520 again at first session of February (4 sessions). Bi-weekly lessons $520 would be due at your first session January (4 sessions total), which cover all of your Winter sessions, including February.

Should lessons be cancelled due to inclement weather, or you are not able to make it in for your session due to inclement weather, pre-payments transfer into lesson credits for a future session. Pre-payments will not be refunded for weather cancellations.

Cancelling within 24 hours for ANY reason other than inclement weather, results in a forfeit of pre-payment. Should you cancel your lesson for ANY reason other than inclement weather, you are allowed to:

1.) Gift the session to another player of your choice where it becomes free for that player of choice should you so choose.

2.) Off-set cost by ‘selling’ the time for the standard lesson rate or discounted cost of your choice to another player / family. In this case, you would keep the payment from the purchasing player / family.
