Every athlete who enters Pease Baseball Professionals begins with a comprehensive movement assessment. No assumptions. No guessing. We evaluate how you move, how you generate force, where you are efficient, and where you are leaking energy. That data becomes the starting point.
From that assessment, we build a fully individualized training plan engineered around your body, your position, and your objectives. It is not template based. It is not recycled. It is constructed with precision and designed for measurable progress. You can execute it inside the PBP facility or integrate it with additional training elsewhere.
Time inside our environment increases return. Our coaches monitor execution in real time. We correct inefficiencies. We reinforce intent. We demand consistency. Proper movement performed repeatedly under supervision produces results.
Assessment informs strategy. Strategy drives development. Execution produces performance.
That is the standard at Pease Baseball Professionals.

At Pease Baseball Professionals, we deliver elite strength and conditioning built specifically for baseball athletes. Led by Director of Player Performance Colby Maun, our programs combine advanced training methods with cutting-edge technology like Teambuildr and Proteus Motion to build strength, prevent injury, and maximize on-field performance.
Baseball demands rotational power, durability, and efficient movement. Our training targets the exact physical demands of the game to help athletes:
Whether you’re building velocity, improving rotational strength, or completing a return-to-throw program, training is tailored to your goals.
PBP features Proteus Motion, a revolutionary 3D resistance system that measures strength and power across all planes of motion.
No other facility within 50 miles offers this level of performance insight.
PBP has become a trusted training destination for serious ballplayers in Frederick. Our combination of expert coaching, advanced technology, and baseball-specific programming ensures athletes train with purpose and measurable results.

Governor Hogan has announced lifted restrictions on the state of Maryland as a part of phase one of recovery from the COVID19 pandemic. Pease Baseball Academy is excited to re-open on Friday 5/15, biding by state guidelines. As a disclaimer, we do not identify as a gym as mainly all operations occur by appointment only, and there are mainly never more than 5 people inside the building at a time with private instruction only. For the time being we will be limiting all group instruction (IE Live at bats, hitting groups, SNIPE velocity) until further notice since we will be operating at a limited capacity.
Pease Baseball COVID Guidelines for those attending sessions or appointments are available in confirmation texts the day of lessons. If you are specifically interested in our COVID Guidelines please reach out to me direct, and I will send you a link or copy of the guidelines we have set in place until further notice.
I would like to personally thank everyone who has reached out since we have been closed as your support has been greatly appreciated. Looking forward to returning to action and hopefully getting back to some sort of baseball here soon!
Yours in Baseball – stay safe and healthy,
Dustin Pease
