By completing this contract, you agree to the conditions set forth below.
- No food, gum, or sunflower seeds are allowed inside the facility AT ANY TIME.
- Muddy shoe’s are NOT permitted in our facility. If mud and dirt is tracked in, it will be team’s responsibility to clean it up. In snowy / icy conditions, salt residue is permitted.
- Cleats or spikes are NOT permitted in any part of our facility. Turf shoes only.
- Drinks are permitted
- PBP water locker is not available for team rental teams / players. Please bring your own drinks.
- Please return the facility to its original layout prior to completing your session.
- No throwing balls in the direction of the sidewalls at point blank range. We do not want baseballs hitting our drywall from throwing wide directions across our facility.
- Absolutely NO TOUCHING of our Proteus strength unit. This is the unit with the large boom / arm directly to the left when you enter our facility.
- Always make sure center cage door is closed prior to throwing or batting practice.
- Helmets must be worn at all times during all hitting practice not on a tee.
- Clean up all trash and debris that may have fallen out of baseball bags prior to leaving.
- All sessions must end 5 minutes before the end of your session to allow the following group to start their session on time.
- Damages to facility or its subjects must be reported immediately to Dustin Pease upon the time of damage. We do have 9 camera’s mounted around our facility.
- Teams will be given an access code specifically for your team to access the building.
- Team sessions are private. No PBP staff will be present during the time of your session – however we are authorized to be present at any point in time to observe in any given week.
- Teams are permitted to use Hack Attack pitching machines during their sessions.
- Hack attack machine is permitted to be moved to create appropriate setup you desire.
- Teams are permitted to use our weightroom and training equipment
- Teams are NOT permitted to use our Trackman system.
- Teams are permitted to use PBP’s baseball’s during their sessions. No outside baseball’s are permitted inside our facility. No baseball’s are permitted to leave our facility. If we suspect baseball’s are being taken we will issue a warning. Second offense would result in a permanent ban of renting our facility. It will be coach’s responsibility to make sure no players are leaving with baseball’s in their gloves stashing them in their bags.
All players will need to complete signed online waiver for Pease Baseball Professionals found here. Share with all parents / guardians of players and have completed prior to first day of sessions:

Cancellation Policy
PBP facility will be as available as you decide for your team. In the event of poor weather conditions, cancelling your session will result in a credit to reschedule a new session. In the event you opt to cancel your session for the week, you must notify Dustin Pease immediately.
