Please review the following membership terms carefully before completing the agreement.

By completing this membership agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the membership terms outlined below. Please ensure you select the correct number of family members when completing the form at the bottom of this page.

Upon submission of the form, you will be directed to complete the payment portion of the agreement. This step will process the first month’s payment and establish automatic recurring payments scheduled for the 25th of each month. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the transaction is completed. If the confirmation email is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Members who have elected the paid-in-full annual option may disregard the payment setup prompt.


High School Seniors

Memberships for graduating high school seniors run through June 1 of the student’s graduation year and do not require a full 12-month commitment. For example, a senior joining in August will have an active membership from August through June 1 of the following year.


Payment Terms

Payments are made via autodraft subscription unless paid in full at contract signing.

Individual Membership (Single Player)

  • Year 1: $2,500 annually or $250 per month
  • Year 2: $2,250 annually
  • Year 3 and beyond: $1,750 annually

Family Membership (Two Siblings)

  • Year 1: $2,800 annually or $295 per month
  • Year 2: $2,500 annually
  • Year 3 and beyond: $1,950 annually

All memberships are subject to a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated.


Membership Access and Inclusions

During the 12-month contract period, members will have access to the following:

  • Full facility access during operational hours, 365 days per year
  • Discounted lesson rates (approximately 21% off standard pricing)
  • Discounted strength and conditioning programming (anticipated 35%–50%, subject to program availability)
  • Discounted access to select programs (25% off standard pricing unless otherwise noted)
  • Exposure opportunities through Pease Baseball media and social platforms
  • College advising support
  • Trackman subscription and/or access, where applicable

All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified at the discretion of Pease Baseball Professionals.

Our coaching staff regularly evaluate player development and provide honest feedback regarding progress and future opportunities.

Facility Usage and Rental Policies

During operational hours, the members area and instructional areas are not rented to non-member groups. PBP is a members-only player development facility.

Summer-only and winter-break-only memberships are limited to graduated high school seniors and collegiate athletes.

The No Access Area consists of two 70’ cages with pitching mounds and is reserved for private instruction and PBP programs. When not in use, these areas may be available to members.

Any new programs, tools, or technology added during a contract year will be accessible to members at discounted rates.

The flex lane may be shared with strength and conditioning staff. Scheduling may vary.

Non-members may participate in performance programs and may use designated areas under supervision.

Guest passes are permitted:

  • $25 per visit
  • Must attend with a current member
  • Payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or cash/check

Pitchers may bring a catcher for bullpen sessions only.

Players aged 13 and older may use the facility unsupervised.
Players under age 13 must be accompanied unless an adult is present.

The facility may be empty at times, particularly on weekends.

PBP reserves the right to rent the facility during non-operational hours.


Facility Access and Operational Hours

Members are granted access under the following schedule:

Spring, Summer, and Fall (April–December)

  • Daily: 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Winter (January–March)

  • Daily: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Winter Weekend Early Access

  • 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Access is open and not reserved. Cages, tunnels, and training areas are shared.

Operational hours may be adjusted as needed due to events, clinics, or facility operations. Advance notice will be provided when possible.


Facility Culture and Expectations

PBP is built on culture, efficiency, and shared respect for the space.

Members are expected to:

  • Share space appropriately
  • Communicate during high usage
  • Maintain productive training environments

Members may train daily with no limit on visit duration.


Equipment and Training Guidelines

Players must wear helmets when hitting.

Autonomous pitching machines operate on a rotation of 10 swings per hitter when others are waiting.

If no line exists, usage may continue.

Parents may assist with training when needed.

Trackman sessions will be scheduled periodically.

Water is provided.

Lessons are optional and offered at a discounted rate.

Weight room access must be shared appropriately.

Mobile equipment may be used when space allows.


Terms and Conditions

Contract Length and Cancellation Policy

Membership contract is a 12-month period.

Early cancellation results in:

  • $300 cancellation fee
  • Ineligibility to rejoin for 12 months

After 12 months, former members may reapply and be added to the waitlist.

Memberships may be frozen with documented medical injury.

Memberships may be canceled without penalty if relocation exceeds 50 miles.
