Biography

Colin Doll brings over 15 years of experience in sport performance and athlete development to Pease Baseball Professionals. Throughout his career, he has worked with athletes across more than a dozen sports, spanning the Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school, and youth levels. His work is centered on developing speed, power, strength, conditioning, and long-term durability, with training systems designed to translate directly to on-field performance.

Doll has a proven track record of helping athletes make measurable gains in velocity, sprint speed, rotational power, and overall strength, while also prioritizing durability and injury resistance across long competitive seasons. His approach blends performance science with practical application, giving athletes a clear, structured path to physical development that shows up where it matters most, in competition.

In addition to his work in sport performance, Doll has been actively involved in baseball coaching since 2008. He is entering his fifth season as Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Frederick High School, where he has led a disciplined, development-focused program. He is also entering his sixth season with the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox organization, working primarily with 15U–17U athletes and contributing to the advancement of players into higher levels of the game.

Doll is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the industry standard for performance professionals. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Strength, Conditioning, and Coaching Practice through ALTIS Higher Education, further advancing his expertise in applied performance science and elite coaching methodology.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Maryland and is a graduate of Governor Thomas Johnson High School.

Colin resides in Frederick, Maryland with his wife Danielle and their son Theron.
