WAITLIST COMMITMENT

Pease Baseball Professionals membership are currently at full capacity.

Membership is closed.

For families who are serious about becoming part of this environment, we’ve established a Waitlist Commitment process.

This is not a passive list.
It is a commitment to be considered for membership when an opening becomes available.

How the Waitlist Works

  1. Submit a waitlist request
  2. Complete the $100 Waitlist Commitment Deposit
  3. Your family is added to the waitlist consideration pool
  4. As openings occur, families are reviewed and contacted directly

Openings are not scheduled or guaranteed.
They occur through natural roster movement.

Waitlist Commitment Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to secure a position on the waitlist.

This commitment serves as a signal of intent to join when an opportunity becomes available.

The deposit:

  • is applied toward membership upon acceptance
  • may be used toward paid-in-full or prorated first month payment
  • secures your place within the waitlist consideration pool

If a family chooses not to move forward when an opening is offered:

  • the deposit is non-refundable
  • the waitlist position is released

Future re-entry to the waitlist would require a new commitment deposit.

Waitlist Consideration

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership.

Positions are reviewed and maintained intentionally.

As openings occur, families are contacted based on:

  • readiness to begin
  • alignment with the environment
  • timing and roster fit

Important Notes

  • Membership remains capped to protect the environment
  • Openings are limited and unpredictable
  • Communication will be made directly when an opportunity arises
